About the Conference
This year the Deacons of the Archdiocese of Denver are proud to sponsor the annual Region XIII Deacon Conference as a resource of spiritual growth and formation for Catholic Deacons seeking to live out their ordination. The focus of this year's conference is on Christ, the Good Shepherd. We will explore in depth how the Bishop, His prime representative on earth is called ‘to lay down his life for his sheep; through the exercise of the triple munera of teaching, sanctifying and governing, and how we as Deacons participate in the bishops “Diakonia” of self-sacrifice and evangelization through our ordination.
